What youll be doing in this role:

Delivering exceptional service from the moment guests arrive
Managing smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Processing guest payments and handling room assignments or changes.
Providing accurate information about hotel services facilities and local recommendations.
Recording and following up on guest requests preferences and special requirements.
Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any concerns or complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
