What You'll do

As an Account Manager, you won’t just sell, you’ll develop new business opportunities, manage processes and collaborate with colleagues.
Every day will be a new challenge: you’ll be on construction sites, in offices, companies, or production plants, always at the heart of the action!
You’ll present our most innovative products, showcase our cutting-edge software and offer unique, customized services and solutions.
You’ll build trust-based relationships with customers, helping them find the best Hilti solutions for their business.
You’ll work in the field, testing yourself in a dynamic, challenging, and ever-evolving environment.

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Economics or Engineering is highly preferred
2–3 years of sales experience is highly preferred
Strong motivation, passion for sales, teamwork, attention to detail, and results focus
Excellent communication skills
Croatian: native speaker, english: intermediate or higher
Category B driver’s license
