About the role

Our technology and digital solutions aren’t just one of the best in the banking sector, they are one of the best on Croatian tech industry in general. We create scalable products that enable users to quickly take advantage of new features and improvements. Software components are built on event-driven and microservice architecture powered by opensource technologies tailored with IT industry standards in mind.

We use: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, API Kafka, OpenShift (k8s), Docker, RDBMS, PostgreSQL, GitLab, Jenkins, Grafana, Kibana, Cloud

If you join us, you will work in one of our independent scrum teams that develop cutting-edge products and technologies such as RBA Mobile and Internet banking app, Digital customer onboarding, Cards platform and acquiring, Lending, CRM, Data transformation, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build scalable and secure solutions in microservice environment
Create, upgrade, or extend current architecture across all Bank domains (payments, accounts, transactions, loans, cards, etc.)
Engage in the whole life cycle of services to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve banking services and products
Ensure consistency in customer experience through the different banking services
Work closely with business in development of smooth solutions on challenging problems

What You’ll Need

Experience with Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, OpenShift (k8s), Docker, RDBMS)
Experience with API development & integration
Frond End development experience (React, Angular) would be appreciated
Practical understanding of distributed systems
Teamwork with a problem-solving attitude
Proactivity and open mind
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Experience with PostgreSQL, GitLab, Jenkis, Grafana, Kibana, Cloud – Amazon Web Services, Azure
