DPoslovi is looking for a temporary Sales Representative for the Slovenian market to support business development and client acquisition. This is a part-time, contract-based role ideal for someone commercially strong, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

The person in this role will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to employers, presenting DPoslovis recruitment and workforce solutions, and helping generate new business opportunities in Slovenia. The focus will be on building relationships with companies that need workers and opening doors for future cooperation.

Key responsibilities:

Identifying and approaching potential clients in Slovenia
Conducting outbound sales activities by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Presenting DPoslovis services to employers and decision-makers
Generating qualified leads and sales opportunities
Maintaining communication with prospects and following up consistently
Reporting on outreach, pipeline, and client feedback
Supporting the management team with market insights and business opportunities

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment sales, or B2B client acquisition
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the Slovenian business environment
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Professional, organized, and commercially driven mindset
Fluency in Slovenian and good English or Croatian
