What you´ll do

We are seeking a dynamic and technically driven Sales Engineer to join our team focused on prefabrication technologies for the construction and industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and supporting a holistic portfolio of solutions (e.g. adhesives, mortars, tiles system, coatings, and auxiliary systems) tailored for industrial producers and precast manufacturers.
This is a key customer-facing role, combining technical expertise, strategic sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers, designers, and production stakeholders across multiple countries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial producers, prefabrication manufacturers, and construction stakeholders
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from the company’s product portfolio • Identify and engage key decision-makers in procurement, engineering, and production departments
Prepare technical and commercial offer, including detailed product selection, pricing and delivery terms in line with customer expectations and company standards
Coordinate technical support, conduct practical applications and product trials, training sessions on site
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and regional teams to ensure alignment with market needs
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders

What makes you a good fit

University degree in Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or cooperation with industrial clients, preferably in construction materials, adhesives, precast production, or engineering services
Proven ability to navigate industrial organizations and identify decision-makers
English – fluent (both spoken and written). Czech/Slovak/Polish – conversational level is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to translate technical knowledge into customer value
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts
Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently across a multi-country territory
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 60%)
