Provide professional support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

What You Bring

Croatian: C2 level
English: B2 level or higher
Strong customer service and communication skills
Adaptability and team spirit in a multicultural environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus
