What you'll do:

Independently work on tasks and incidents
Participation in installations and maintenance of security technologies (Antivirus, EDR / XDR, PKI, Web / Email content filtering, Vulnerability management, PAM solutions)
Constant professional development and adoption of new technical knowledge
Maintaining knowledge base based on incidents or solutions
Documenting configurations and installations of security systems

We could be a perfect fit if you have:

Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients
Advanced level of use of English in speech and writing (mostly we work with international clients)
Experience in troubleshooting with an emphasis on security technologies
Good understanding of Active Directory/DNS and relations of it with other services
Basic knowledge of computer networks
Basic experience in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell
No one knows everything, so you don't have to be a master of all the technologies we deal with. It is enough to have relevant knowledge and experience in some of the following areas:
○ Azure/AWS/On-premise infrastructure
○ Antivirus technologies
○ PKI
○ Vulnerability scanning/management
○ Web/email security tools

Skills that will bring you extra points :

Possession of one of the industry certificates in the field of security technologies (CompTIA Security+, Microsoft security and infrastructure certificates )
Knowledge of some of the security tools (Symantec SMG / EDR…, Sentinel One, Windows Defender, Trend Micro, Qualys, CyberArk, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco IronPort)
Experience working with a PAM solution
