The expansion of the HR Department means we are now looking to recruit a new T alent Acquisition Specialist, based in Novi Marof, Croatia . This position reports to the HR Manager, based in Novi Marof, Croatia.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes. You will guide candidates through the hiring process, integrate them into the company, track their performance, refine talent management, strategize for talent attraction, research labor market trends, prepare reports, and represent the company at career fairs.

Your responsibilities include:

Manage hiring, onboarding, and development
Support candidates throughout the process
Educate and integrate new employees
Measure, reward, and develop employee performance
Improve talent management processes
Develop strategies to attract candidates
Research labor market trends
Create reports on hiring, onboarding, and talent management
Participate in career fairs

• Bachelor's degree in a social field

• 1-3 years of experience in similar positions

• Advanced computer skills, and you can learn new systems and procedures quickly
