What Youll Be Doing:

Deliver top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
Help customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and navigating company services.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet performance goals.
Provide a friendly and professional experience with every interaction.

What Were Looking For:

Fluent Croatian speaker (spoken & written).
Good command of English for internal communication.
EU citizenship or residency permit with Full Market Access .
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to work on-site in Athens (remote option may be available after 3 months , depending on conditions).
