ABOUT THE FREELANCE COACHING ROLES:
We are seeking highly experienced, Croatian-speaking, leadership development coaches to facilitate numerous high-impact leadership courses in Zagreb, Croatia on a freelance basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of freelance associates and facilitate a number of our 3-day leadership development courses as part of a large global leadership programme for one of our clients.
The leadership coaches need to be able to deliver the courses, and proofread documents, in Croatian, and also be able to communicate with the UK based programme team in English.

COURSE PROGRAMME INFORMATION:

The 3-day leadership courses are currently being booked-in as part of a wider global programme. There will be up to 15 learners on each course and requires a Fieri Lead Coach and Assistant Coach to deliver each course.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

Overall responsibility for leading the delivery of the pre-designed course content in an effective and engaging way to ensure the learning outcomes are met.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience in learning & development training delivery, coaching, facilitation or similar.
Experience in leading a team in any setting (preferably a high-performing environment).
Credible experience of leadership and management.

PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:

Highly experienced in leadership people development, training delivery, coaching, or facilitation.
Strong communication skills.
A background in Performance or Occupational Psychology, Elite Sports Coaching, Military Leadership, Academic Expertise, or Corporate Leadership Coaching is highly advantageous.
