What you'll do:

Independently resolving tasks and incidents from start to finish, including high-priority incidents for Cloud, O365, Virtualization, Server Hardware, Storage and Backup services.
On-premises infrastructure assessments, providing recommendations, and planning migrations to the public cloud
Optimizing existing cloud solutions and providing recommendations for improvements
Maintaining and managing customer documentation, creating KB articles, and support procedures.
Open collaboration and willingness to share knowledge within the team and division.
Problem management – identifying recurring incidents and proposing solutions.

What we expect:

Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing or administering infrastructure and business solutions on the Azure or Microsoft 365 platform
Good knowledge of Hyper-V, VMware, backup, server roles (file server), storage concepts (HP, Dell EMC, IBM)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS
Moderate Powershell skills and/or other scripting and automation tools
Basic knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
Basic knowledge of security concepts such as encryption, multifactor authentication, firewalls, antivirus, etc.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients
Excellent communications skills and collaboration within the project team
Advanced level of English language use in speech and writing

Experience with implementing and administering Windows Server operating systems and virtualization technologies
One or more of the following certificates:
