Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Node.js.
Hands-on expertise with microservices, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and MongoDB.
Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed architectures.
Experience working in agile, remote, and cross-functional teams.
Experience working with AI projects is a competitive advantage.
Ability to design, integrate, and optimize LLM-powered systems, including data preparation, architecture setup, prompt engineering, and performance monitoring.
Fluent level English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and development teams.
Stable internet connection and home computer.
