What's the role?

Hilti Account Managers plan their own schedule for visiting customers within their sales territory. The daily tour in the Hilti car takes them directly to professionals on the construction site as well as to the offices of purchasers and company owners. Hilti Account Managers are competent partners whether in a project’s planning stage, when submitting an offer or for project consulting.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.

What you need is:

University degree in Economy or Engineering (considered as an advantage)
At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience in sales (considered as an advantage)
High motivation level, passion for sales, team player, attention to detail and result oriented
High commitment proven in previous work experiences
Excellent communication skills
High level of courage
High level of integrity
Proficiency in Croatian (advanced/native) and English (at least Intermediate level)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Driver’s license B
