Role Summary: Support the Supply Chain Coordinator by maintaining accurate stock and shipment records, updating operational systems and documentation, and assisting with the day-to-day administration of purchase orders and supply chain data.

This is a fully remote role and candidates must be located within +/- 3 hours of the UK (GMT/BST) timezone. We offer competitive compensation, a high level of autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-growing operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the shipment tracker by monitoring inbound and outbound movements across all suppliers and freight partners, updating shipment status and flagging any delays or changes.
Update and maintain inventory tracking spreadsheets, ensuring stock levels and shipment data are consistently accurate across internal documents and systems.
Maintain accurate product and inventory information across Shopify, inventory trackers, and internal systems.
Support the setup of new products by assisting with SKU creation, barcode generation, and ensuring product information is correctly recorded.
Maintain organized documentation relating to shipments, freight bookings, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
Assist with the tracking of purchase orders through production and transit stages.
Monitor freight forwarder portals and shipment updates.
Support the reconciliation of shipment quantities and documentation.
Assist with maintaining accurate supply chain data and operational reports.
Work closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure accuracy in tracking and documentation.
Carry out general operations administration and data entry tasks.

Who you are:

Interested in developing knowledge of global supply chains.
Experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally within supply chain or logistics.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple operational tasks.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational data.
Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail in producing high-quality work.
Comfortable adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
