In line with the company’s success in the global market we are expanding our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for an additional member to join our Office and Operations team.
Primary responsibilities will include:

Communication with existing clients for order fulfillments and license renewals
Creating Quotations and Invoices
Organization of shipments and other everyday administrative tasks
Working closely with different departments within the company
Administrative and operational support to our Sales team and Management

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

As an Operations Assistant you will need the following knowledge, skills, and experience :

Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented approach to work assignments
Time management and ability to prioritize daily tasks
Working experience with CRM – Salesforce CRM experience is an advantage
Experience in working in IT industry is an advantage
Degree in Economics or some other related field

Languages:

English (fluent)
Knowledge of Spanish language is an advantage
Knowledge of French language is an advantage
