Edgar Allan is an award-winning Webflow Enterprise Partner agency working at the intersection of brand and performance. We help midmarket and enterprise businesses move from brand clarity to conversion. We’re ~60 folks working around the world from Serbia to South Africa, South America, and the US, with leadership in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to work remotely in a full-time, freelance, or contract capacity. This digitally focused strategic mind will have spent years in SEO and/or AEO, successfully translating business goals into online presence while leading enterprise-level search and optimization projects.

What You’ll Do

Lead search strategy across SEO, AEO, and enterprise-level search and optimization engagements.
Translate client business goals and brand positioning into actionable SEO/AEO/GEO strategy.
Define content opportunities, identify competitive positioning, and connect outcomes clients care about.
Lead visibility audits that shape the overall digital direction of engagements.
Manage and mentor EA’s unified search team.
Collaborate with the VP of Brand Strategy to ensure search and optimization strategies reflect brand narrative.
Lead enterprise-level projects in a client-facing role and conduct discovery sessions with clients.
Contribute to practice development by evolving EA’s search and optimization offerings.

What We’re Looking For

8-10+ years in SEO, search strategy, or digital strategy; agency experience preferred.
Ability to lead projects at an enterprise level and connect strategy to business outcomes.
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
Strong foundation in technical SEO and content strategy.
Comfort in client-facing settings.
Working understanding of AEO and AI-driven search.
Familiarity with or experience in CRO is a bonus.
Ability to overlap with the Eastern time zone (GMT-5).
