About the job:

An internal auditor will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s financial statements are in good order and in compliance with accounting principles. The financial information gathered from an auditor's analysis will be used to develop recommendations and specific action items for the company. This position will be working independently reporting to the Supervisory Board.

Job description:

Timely reporting to the audit committee of the Supervisory Board
Drafting the annual internal audit plan and presenting it for approval
Carrying out internal audits according to the plan and on an ad hoc basis
Drafting audit reports with clear observations regarding identified issues and meaningful recommendations
Identification of areas for improvement
Monitoring the implementation of remedy actions by the Management

Candidate must have:

Master’s degree in finance
ACCA or CIA certificate
5+ years of experience in audit
Proficiency in Business English
Advanced level of Excel usage
Strong presentation skills
Report writing skills with good presenting capabilities
Strong sense of integrity to present financial data accurately and fairly
Knowledge of accounting guidelines and the ability to ensure compliance with a dose of professional skepticism
Deep knowledge of financial reporting systems, account balances, cash flow statements, income statements, balance sheets, and tax returns

Will be a plus:

Capability to investigate with key personnel to understand the company's accounting and finance tasks and to identify areas needing improvement
Competence in observing processes and suggesting constructive upgrades
Strong ability to speak with multiple departments in the company
