What to expect:

Leading value engineering and operation efficiency project from post-launch to re-launch;

Execution of pilot & industrial trials + Follow-up of commercial productions;

Technical support for Platform projects;

Planning and calculation of needed raw materials for testing + ordering;

Preparation of test reports;

Checking allergen lists of new raw materials and labelling existing or new allergens for warehousing;

Conducting sensory of new products;

Conducting sensory of commercially produced products;

R&D shelf life and stability test reporting;

Preparation, verification and storage of R&D and QA documents;

Preparation of reports related to trials and first productions;

BOM changes in SAP;

Preparation of documentation for HACCP;

Making Risk and primary analysis of new ingredients in cooperation with local QA;

Lead technical stage gate procedures;

Risk and primary analysis for new raw materials;

Responsibility for implementing occupational safety, environmental protection and fire protection measures within its scope of work;

Coordination with PM, R&D, production, procurement and quality control of test production / commercial production for operational projects.

Your qualification:

Master degree in the relevant field;

Minimum 2 years relevant experience;

Proficiency in English;

Preferred experience working in SAP;

Experience with project management;

Innovation / improvements oriented mindset;

Focus on results.
