We are a B2B advisor and trusted expert in the industrial imaging industry, providing unique high-tech products. Our biggest team is based in Čakovec, Croatia where currently a new campus, with state-of-the-art laboratories and manufacturing facilities, as well as a large modern office space is being built.

As a Production Engineer with a focus on Optics/Lenses, you will report to our Production Manager and play a critical role in the optimization and enhancement of production processes. This is a newly created position reflecting our growth and development into a state-of-the-art manufacturer in the industrial imaging industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will develop and implement strategies to enhance production processes, optimize workflow, and improve efficiency.
You will identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative solutions to streamline operations.
You will define and implement a product-specific yield roadmap to contribute to our high-quality standards and reduce costs throughout the product lifecycle.
You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, improve it, and ensure standards are met through quality checks and inspections.
You will diagnose and resolve production issues promptly, collaborating with maintenance teams if needed, as well as perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
You will assist in bringing new products and processes to the production line, assess their feasibility, plan implementation, and ensure a smooth transition to full-scale production.
You will document processes, procedures, and changes, which include generating reports for management on production metrics, performance, and improvement initiatives.
You will work with production teams, engineers, and managers to coordinate activities and implement best practices aimed at driving efficiency through fostering a collaborative environment.
You will ensure safety regulations and protocols compliance, identify hazards, and conduct risk assessments.

YOUR PROFILE

You have several years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably as a Production Engineer or in a similar role.
You are familiar with optical design and image processing, data analysis, and optical testing, along with optic geometry; you are interested in further development in the optics and lenses field.
You have a strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing technologies, and equipment.
You gained a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Optical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
You are skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
You have excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
You can work in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
You are fluent in English.
