About the Role
Are you fluent in Croatian and English with a sharp attention to detail? We are looking for a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki . In this role, you will ensure a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content in a 24/7 project setting, working shifts to keep the platform operational around the clock.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Escalate sensitive or inappropriate content to ensure user safety.
- Quickly address reported content issues, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Accurately apply moderation processes, contributing to an excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine content guidelines and policies.
What We're Looking For :
- Language Skills : Fluent in Croatian and English (written and spoken).
- Work Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in Greece.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content effectively.
- Capable of handling sensitive material with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle fast-paced tasks.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment , including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is beneficial but not required.
