Analytics & Design Planner Needed in Croatia

Skills Provision is searching for an Analytics & Design Planner for a company in Croatia.

The employer is looking for a capable and enthusiastic planner to join their Strategy group. Ideal candidates are creative, responsible, and personable with strong communication skills, design experience, and analytical abilities.

Location: Zadar, Croatia

Position: Initial 2-year contract

Salary & Benefits

• 225,000 HRK p/a
• Benefits package available

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a planner or designer with a broad range of skills to be involved in multi-disciplinary work that expands the considerations of planning and design to include financial management, real estate investment, energy management, social and cultural implications. Data-driven analytics forms the foundation of all efforts.

• Work with facility databases, user schedules and other data to generate utilisation and occupancy models for existing and planned facilities.
• Synthesize written materials, graphic design, and data visualisations into clear and vibrant presentations, publications, and web content.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a curious mind
• Own a portfolio that shows data analysis skills and experience as well as graphic design and presentations
• Self-motivated and responsive to direction at the same time
• Grounding in the basic design principles
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong IT user on all relevant platforms
• Web Design/Development skills are a plus
