So, are you the one we are looking for?

Your set of skills made you realize that the user interface is like a joke: if you have to explain it, it's just not that good. You feel like whenever somebody stretches a font, somewhere, a designer gets an emotional breakdown. You also know that even bad news can look acceptable if you choose the right typography. You are aware that, when it comes to whitespace in design, a negative can be a positive.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Working on all types of website user interfaces
• Designing graphical user interface elements
• Creating original graphic designs
• Identifying visual and content issues and suggesting creative design solutions
• Doing graphic updates of web pages, mobile applications, and social networks
• Optimizing existing UI designs
• Planning and implementing new projects and designs
• Developing technical and business requirements and customer-centric solutions
• Prototyping new product ideas

It would be great if you:

• Have working experience for at least 3+ years in the same or a similar job position
• Demonstrate effectiveness in iterating those skills through conceptual ideas and sketches, storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and data visualization
• Possess excellent understanding and skill in creating information architecture and customer journeys
• Are well familiar with design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, and similar software
• Are independent to start working on a project quickly, and your client communication is seamless 
• Are proactive and you understand fully the project's challenges, and based on that, offer your UI solutions 
• Have a knack for creating animated prototypes in Figma
• Prioritize the workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Wish to be a team player and are able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Can present a portfolio as proof of your strong understanding of the UX process and solid UX skills on Behance, Dribbble, or a similar platform

• Producing UX for decision systems and data-oriented experiences
• Basic frontend prototyping languages such as HTML, CSS, JS
• Cross-platform mobile/web design (iOS, Android)
• Being familiar with Apple and Google design languages or any other design system (HCI, Material design) on an advanced level
• Using Adobe CC in your work (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Mentoring and sharing knowledge
• Quick learning and easily adapting to a new environment
