For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup with a partner in Offerwall/Rewarded networks (Mistplay, Influence Mobile, Adjoe, Digital Turbine, Adjoe, Tapjoy, Scrambly, MAF, Skyfall)

• Development of the motivated traffic direction

• Communication with new offerwall networks for their potential connection

• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (internal services, Google Sheets, etc.)

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in UA gamedev from 2 years (working with Offerwalls/Rewarded networks must have)

• Experience of working with IAA monetization games.

• Confident knowledge of the funnel and performance indicators in UA

• Experience of interaction with monetization department.

• Setting tasks for adjusting configs for user segmentation. 

• Analytical mindset, ability to work with statistics

• Clear understanding of procurement strategies and the potential for the development of offerwalls

• Proactivity and initiative

• English B1+

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with Applovin, Unity, Mintegral, Ironsource, Google, Liftoff, Moloco networks
