We are now strengthening our outbound sales leadership in Zagreb, seeking a results-oriented professional ready to scale performance, assume ownership, and make a lasting client impact.

As an International B2B Outbound Sales Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of the outbound sales cycle, from lead research to closing
• Initiate and lead conversations with senior brand and marketing executives across global markets

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a commercially mature and emotionally intelligent professional who brings:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or business development
• A demonstrated ability to close deals independently, ideally with international or enterprise clients
• A strong academic background or a proven commercial track record
• Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in a second language is considered a plus
• A high degree of ownership and the mindset to run your pipeline like your own business
• Structured thinking, composure under pressure, and clear communication
