We are expanding our QA team and seeking a motivated Junior Software Tester to support software testing activities and contribute to improving product quality across the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to maintaining and expanding the internal Knowledge Base by writing clear, concise articles.
• Act as a liaison between Customer Service and Development to address issues efficiently.
• Perform manual and automated software testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Identify, document, and report issues to the development team.
• Develop detailed test scenarios and scripts, record results, and support continuous product improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of computer networks, protocols, and related components.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create short, clear articles.
• Experience with manual testing tools.
