Senior Account Manager/Team leader with Croatian

As a Senior Account manager, you will be a part of Partner Services, and your main tasks will be managing the team of Account Managers, acquiring new partners, taking actions to increase the performance of the region, and many others. Our goal is to provide the best pricing conditions in the concrete region and real-time availability. And of course - be the first renting company on the market.

Your responsibilities for the position are:

• Managing the team and growing the European markets.
• Business trips.
• Shadowing and training account managers.
• Searching for new boat owners and charter companies, contact them via the phone and get them "on board" with Boataround.
• Building productive relationships with top partners to ensure that they offer the best availability and pricing conditions.
• Supporting the Customer Service department, assisting in additional tasks and projects when needed.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Skills in managing the team, and people-orientation needed.
• Fluent in English and Croatian language.
• Proactive, sense of responsibility, and can work independently.
• Ability to convince partners to implement suggestions.
• Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical, and an eye for detail.
• Business-focused.
• Positive attitude.
• Owning a driving license.
