Senior Marketing Specialist, Cardiac Ablation Solutions (SEE)

Medtronic seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to execute regional marketing and growth initiatives for cardiac ablation solutions across South Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The role collaborates with commercial and clinical teams to drive therapy adoption, support physician education, and expand patient access to innovative cardiac care.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing plans and growth initiatives for the cardiac ablation solutions portfolio
• Manage regional marketing budgets and investment allocation aligned with business priorities and ROI expectations
• Identify opportunities to increase therapy adoption, utilization, and market penetration across the region
• Partner with sales and clinical teams to support account development and procedure growth initiatives
• Coordinate physician training programs, workshops, educational events, and customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years marketing, product management, healthcare, or medical device experience
• Experience supporting commercial growth, market development, or customer engagement initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Skill in analyzing business performance data and generating actionable recommendations
• Fluency in English
• Experience in cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology, or cardiac ablation therapies preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel preferred

Compensation: Bulgaria: €32,720–€49,080 | Croatia: €42,400–€63,600 | Romania: 180,000–270,000 RON | Slovenia: €62,400–€93,600
