Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and customer acquisition data to provide valuable, data-centric insights and solutions

• Present insights to stakeholders

• Build data visualizations to deliver insights related to media campaigns and customer retention strategies

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure marketing campaigns are optimized based on data findings

• Contribute to campaigns’ development, from forecasting to defining metrics

• Apply statistical modeling techniques using SQL, Python, or R to identify effective growth strategies

• Develop insights to drive optimizations across all channels

• Create standardized dashboards and ad hoc reports to inform business decisions, with a focus on automation and scalability

• Translate business requirements into engineering requirements and coordinate with Data Engineering to build solutions

• Provide actionable results to guide strategic direction and day-to-day decisions

• Detect fraud

• Develop ROI models and KPI calculations

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Deep knowledge and practical experience with SQL

• Experience using scripting languages (R/Python) to automate processes

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining reports in Tableau or other data visualization tools

• Experience with customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention processes

• Commercial experience with marketing analytics

• Understanding of attribution models and key marketing effectiveness metrics

• Skills in fraud prevention and detection

• Effective communication skills to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) like Adjust or AppsFlyer

• Knowledge of Mobile Advertising Identifiers

• Understanding of the SCAN framework (SKAdNetwork)
