We are expanding our Operations team and seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Specialist to support daily business operations, ensure smooth internal workflows, and provide administrative and operational support across departments.
Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing clients regarding order fulfillment, license renewals and needed documentation.
- Prepare quotations and invoices.
- Organize shipments, logistics operations and everyday administrative tasks.
- Work closely with Sales, Support and other internal departments.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Management and the Sales team.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills and Professional Skills:
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).
- Experience in the IT industry (advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
L anguages:
- English – fluent
- Spanish or French – advantage
