We are currently seeking a qualified AREA MANAGER to strengthen our sales team in the Central & Southern Europe branch.
Working in sales means understanding the markets in which CAREL operates and being part of an international team that strives to expand CAREL's presence worldwide and to design the best solutions for our customers.
Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, the selected candidate, after an appropriate training and onboarding period, will be responsible for:
- Developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets in the assigned area on the Refrigeration market within the Central & Southern Europe branch
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Developing strategies for promoting the company's products and services
- Participating in defining goals and implementing an action plan to achieve them
- Taking care of sales realization in accordance with plans
- Identifying and providing solutions to customers with a consulting and technical approach, providing pre-sales, sales and post-sales support
- Using and maintaining CRM tools
- Educational background in economics or engineering field
- Knowledge of the Refrigeration market and at least 3 years of experience in similar jobs
- Active knowledge of Croatian and English language
- Knowledge of Slovenian language is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Driving license and availability for frequent travel
- Excellence in negotiation skills, communication, presentation and problem solving
- High level of personal integrity and independence in work
- Ability to organize and monitor deadlines
- Propensity for teamwork and flexibility
- Proactivity and motivation for continuous improvement
