VIDEO PRODUCTION MANAGER

The Video Production Manager is responsible for developing and producing high-quality video content that supports the brand’s marketing and communication objectives. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to create engaging video content for various platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, social media clips, and instructional videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and scripts for video projects.
• Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Perform post-production tasks, including editing, color correction, and sound mixing, to produce polished final videos.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to create cohesive and effective video content.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in video production and marketing.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in film, Media, Communications, or a related field.

  Experience: 

• Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of video content. Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

  Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in video production software, such as Da Vinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong technical skills in video shooting, lighting, and audio recording.
• Excellent editing and post-production skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative video concepts.
