Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is beneficial
