About the role

We are seeking an in-house Windows / M365 Administrator to join our Service Team, responsible for maintaining and developing our internal IT systems.

Your tasks

• Implement and consult on internal IT projects, maintaining and advancing existing IT systems
• Install, configure, set up, commission, and maintain IT systems
• Systematically troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Administer and configure Windows client and server environments
• Support activities in the 2nd and 3rd level areas, coordinating support requests with manufacturers
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructures
• Create documentation and manuals

Your experience

• Fluent in English and at least medium proficiency in German (B1-B2 level)
• Experience in the administration of IT operating systems in the Windows area and M365
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Servers, and PowerShell
• Expertise in the Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on MS SharePoint Online and MS Exchange Online

Good to have

• Familiarity with IT Management Frameworks (ITIL)
• Experience with MS Teams and MS Entra
