Key Account Manager in the Laboratory Diagnostics Department (f/m/d)

What are my responsibilities?

• Managing key clients, selling products and services from the Siemens Healthineers portfolio, and conducting post-sales activities

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying specific customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Continuous professional and scientific education in the field of laboratory diagnostics

• Achieving predefined sales targets

• Positioning and selling products and services from the Siemens Healthineers portfolio

• Creating and implementing sales strategies for key accounts

• Market analysis

• Planning, budgeting, and assessing potential business-related risks

What is required to qualify for this position?

• Completed undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field (natural sciences, especially medical biochemistry)

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

• Previous experience in sales and strong communication skills are preferable

Što je potrebno da bih se kvalificirao za ovo radno mjesto?

• Završen preddiplomski ili diplomski studij odgovarajućeg usmjerenja (prirodne znanosti, posebno medicinska biokemija)

• Izvrsno poznavanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu

• Poželjno je radno iskustvo u prodaji i komunikacijske vještine

• Visoka razina poznavanja rada na računalu i uobičajenih uredskih alata (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proaktivnost u radu, usmjerenost na rješenja u svrhu postizanja većeg zadovoljstva kod korisnika

• Analitički pristup rješavanju problema i sposobnost logičkog zaključivanja

• Sklonost timskom radu i mrežnim oblicima suradnje u grupama te doprinos željenoj učinkovitosti i kvaliteti rada unutar tima vlastitim radom na kvalitetnoj razini

• Sposobnost brzog učenja i spremnost na kontinuirani osobni razvoj i daljnje stručno usavršavanje

• Posjedovanje vozačke dozvole B kategorije
