The Digital Marketing Associate will support the Marketing Department in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement. This role involves assisting with various digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and online advertising. The Digital Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Help manage and monitor social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and responding to comments and messages to engage with the audience.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Assist in implementing search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for digital marketing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and support for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing efforts and maintain quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in supporting digital marketing campaigns and activities.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills to develop engaging digital content.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for business use.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles and strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Good organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing strategies and solutions.
