Project Manager (Junior), Student contract / Full-time employment

We are looking for someone who knows what they want! This position opens up an opportunity for an ambitious and talented Junior to join our team, learn with our help along the way, and gradually take on the role of a Project Manager in the world of e-Commerce.

Role Description  

The project manager's key responsibility is planning, organization, execution and coordination of a project that has a defined scope and resources. The project manager plays a crucial role in connecting the development team with a client and is the first point of contact for any project-related issues. He participates directly in the activities that deliver the project results but mainly strives to maintain the progress, mutual interaction, and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, minimizes costs, and maximizes the probability of success.

This is a hybrid role based in Osijek, Croatia, but with the flexibility for remote work, especially after the onboarding period.

• Graduate student in Mathematics / Economy and other related studies, interested in working through a student contract and full-time employment (after graduating)
• Interest in creating a career in the IT industry
• Communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Basic understanding of principles of developing & designing software solutions and technology
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

ADVANTAGES:

Finished courses, certificates, and PM and/or Scrum workshops are a plus! 

SALARY:

• gross 1 salary depends on the level of experience and skill set (from 900,00 to 1.800 EUR gross 1)
• 66,00 - 100,00 EUR net monthly salary supplements
• monthly flexi perk worth 66,36 EUR.
