Senior Data Integration Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Integration Engineer to join our dynamic Data Practice team and collaborate on EPAM’s strategic projects .

Play a key role in driving forward EPAM strategic data projects Design, build, and manage enterprise data solutions in Public Cloud (AWS, Azure) Develop components for the enterprise data platform to ensure data accuracy and availability Collaborate with data scientists, data architects, and others ensure data needs are met Implement secure and auditable data processes to ensure data integrity Troubleshoot any data-related issues and strive to improve the quality of data systems Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role for at least 3 years Proficiency in SQL and Python or Java Demonstrated experience with Public Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, along with expertise in DBMS and ETL/ELT tools Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project delivery and alignment Experience in data acquisition through methods like API calls and FTP downloads, as well as expertise in ETL processes and data transformation/normalization from raw to structured schemas Experience in building components for enterprise data platforms like Data Warehouses, Operational Data Stores, and Access layers with APIs and file extracts Good hands-on experience with Databricks
