- Independently lead software implementation projects
- Monitor project progress and team utilization
- Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with Business Development to pursue them
- Plan and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of delivered solutions
- Take ownership of project financials, including revenue and cost tracking, internal cost optimization, and reporting in internal tools
- Coordinate efficient resource allocation in collaboration with line managers
- Create and manage all relevant project documentation
- Prioritize deliverables, manage scope and changes, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, manage project-related communication, and represent the company’s interests
- Help define business relationships with project partners and suppliers
- Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously upgrade your professional knowledge and skills

What you will do?

What we expect from you?
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Excellent command of the English language
- Valid category B driver’s license
- Familiarity with software development and delivery processes
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Agile methodologies
