- Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support as a POS subject matter expert to restaurant owners (we’ll teach you how)
- Answer questions and troubleshoot for traveling POS installers
- Research and respond to internal tickets and phone calls
- Remote hardware setup assistance to franchise owners (printers, payment processors)
- Assist with QA point of sale issues, setup, and maintenance upgrades.
- Determine appropriate solution for routine changes submitted through the request system
- Recommend solutions to support strategic business initiatives.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and decrease errors.
- Interact with development personnel as necessary to determine solutions or resolve issues.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Confirm vendor products meet business and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation for consistent and organized processes within the team.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the business area and apply technical expertise to determine appropriate solutions to meet the customer needs while adhering to processes and standards.
- Serve as a contact for IT support needs; anticipate concerns and take initiative to proactively resolve issues.
- Contacting users for needs and providing support request code; get in touch with the address and proactively solve problems
- Refund funds and add points to users, as well as investigate issues and collaborate with development staff on solutions.
Who you are:
You have excellent written and verbal English skills - this role is interfacing with U.S. based customers via phone and text
- You are good with technology and can learn stuff quickly
- You are dependable and we can count on you to go through when you have committed to something
- You can commit at least 30 hours per week to a direct contract with us!
