1st Level Support Specialist

Your tasks on the position:

• Provide first-level technical support to users, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as necessary
• Maintain detailed records of user interactions, problems, and resolutions using our ticketing system
• Collaborate with the 2nd level support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing
• Communicate effectively with users in both English and German, providing clear and concise guidance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and network troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field is advantageous
• English C1+
• German B2+
