Production Technology Engineer

- Daily support of SMT production line (Paste printer, SPI, pick & place, reflow oven)
- Setup, verification, and optimization of production parameters and machine programs
- Troubleshooting process and machine-related issues directly on the line
- Monitoring production quality and reacting to defects (tombstoning, solder bridges, missing components, etc.)
- Close cooperation with operators to ensure smooth and efficient production flow
- Participation in material preparation and verification for production (feeders, components, stencils)
- Implementation of corrective actions based on production issues
- Maintaining and updating work instructions and process parameters
- Production estimation for manufacturing based on customer documentation
- Ensuring compliance with ESD and quality standards
- Supporting line changeovers and new product introduction (NPI) from a production perspective
- Communication with warehouse and quality teams regarding material and production issues

We are looking for a Production Technology Engineer with a strong focus on daily production operations and process stability. You’ll be working directly on the production floor, solving issues and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Daily support of SMT production line (Paste printer, SPI, pick & place, reflow oven)
Setup, verification, and optimization of production parameters and machine programs
Troubleshooting process and machine-related issues directly on the line

Requirements
Technical background (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar)
Practical experience in PCB assembly production
Understanding of electronic components and PCB assemblies
Ability to identify and troubleshoot production issues quickly
Familiarity with ESD handling
Proactive and responsible approach to work on the production floor
Team-oriented mindset and good communication with operators and engineers
Basic English knowledge
