HOTEL CONTENT CREATOR (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us :

• Development of an account strategy and definition of theme clusters for the hotel's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) in collaboration with the Social Media Manager at the headquarters
• Monthly content planning/editorial planning for the hotel's social media channels in collaboration with the Social Media Manager at the headquarters
• Independent content production (photos, videos, reels), including video editing, image/graphic editing (Adobe Express, Capcut) of at least 2 reels, 2 carousels, and 5 story slides per week – adhering to the established brand guidelines
• Coordination of external UGC creators/videographers for shoots at the hotel
• Independent publishing of organic content on the hotel’s social media channels (via Sprout Social)
• Setting up, running, and budget management of engagement ads (via Meta Ad Manager, TikTok Ad Manager, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement
• Regular performance monitoring based on defined KPIs and monthly reporting of all social media activities for the hotel
• Active community management on all of the hotel’s social media channels

What you bring :

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the social media field, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• Flexible, communicative, empathetic, with a strong sense of design.
• Fluent in Croatian and English, other language is a plus
