Own and optimize ad monetization strategy across key projects;
Drive initiatives to maximize LTV;

What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in ad monetization within mobile games;
Understanding of casual and hybrid-casual monetization specifics;
Strong understanding of the full ad monetization cycle and its impact on performance and revenue;
Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and understand monetization vs product metrics trade-offs;
Experience with cohort and behavioral analysis;
Hands-on experience with mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX preferred) and key ad partners;
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
