Aztec International S.A., a Polish company renowned all over Europe for high quality industrial powder painting and distribution of building accessories like screws, washers, saddle washer and Master Flash® roof pipe flashings, is looking for a freelance sales agents to promote our products. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting out products and building a relationship with dealers and resellers.

Responsibilities:

Active sales of the range of Master Flash® products

Customer sourcing/acquisition

Building relationships with potential clients to increase sales

Coordinating with our in-house team for offers, technical support, and order fulfillment

Achieve sales targets

Manage negotiations and close deals

Regular reporting to the company on sales activities and market feedback

Requirements:

Strond communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Previous experience in sales of building materials (optional)

Proven sales experience and a structured approach to work

Familiarity with the business culture of the target market (optional)

Excellent language skills in the target country and fluent English 

Willingness to travel when needed

What we offer:

Commission – based compensation plan paid after each month based on sales (incoming payments from customers)
