For our Client, a leader in innovations within the food industry, we are looking for a highy motivated R&D Technician (m/ž) to join the team in Nova Gradiška.

What to expect:

• Support the R&D Operational Engineer in the preparation of laboratory, pilot and commercial tests;
• Preparation of Raw Material Weighings for Pilot Testing and Lab testing;
• Monitoring / team lead of dough and paste mixing with alternative raw materials on mixers;
• Sensory analysis of the product;
• Cost tracking and posting to the R&D cost center;
• Tracking / checking allergens of new raw materials;
• Conducting laboratory tests;
• Taking care of analysis of test raw materials (proteins, microbiology, viscosity...);
• Conducting the wettability test of alternative raw materials;
• Changing recipes and introducing new recipes into mixers;
• Organizing commercial testing with the Production Planning department;
• Sending the test plan to all relevant departments for the packaging part;
• Controlling printing and welds on foils during testing;
• Creating Pilot Test Controllers;
• Preparation and writing of reports after tests;
• Verification and preparation of documentation for audits, SharePoint and other needs;
• Preparation of primeur analyses for alternative raw materials;
• Make changes in SAP.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor degree in the relevant field or equivalent work experience in a position;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
• Proficiency in English;
• Preferred experience working in SAP;
• Innovation / improvements oriented mindset;
• Result-oriented.
