Resort Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us :

• Execution of in-house marketing activities, regular updates, and quality control of hotel materials, fact sheets, and presentations in line with CI/CD standards.
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing marketing activities for the hotel, in collaboration with the marketing teams at the headquarters.
• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing product ideas for the hotel, particularly focused on themes, events, experiences, and support the hotel in their implementation.
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing marketing activities, packages, and special offers (e.g., Member Club).
• Implementation of hotel collaborations and local partnerships to expand the hotel’s offerings and guest experience.
• Ongoing control and briefing of content for the hotel’s website, including creating, maintaining, and updating events and packages in coordination with Revenue Management and Reservations.
• Briefing and transmitting updates to the headquarters for guest communication related to their stay.
• Support in planning, content selection, creation, distribution, and monitoring of the hotel’s newsletter.
• Research, analysis, and management of hotel entries on various external online platforms.
• Support in organizing and conducting photo and video shoots for the hotel and destination.
• Support the sales team in site inspections and FAM trips.
• Monthly reporting of marketing activities.

What you bring :

• Completed marketing education, ideally combined with a tourism education.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably directly in a hotel.
• Flexible, communicative, empathetic, and results-driven.
• Fluent in Croatian and English, other language is a plus
