Join our People & Culture team in Osijek and support both local HR operations and global People initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.
We are looking for a People & Culture Generalist to support our local People operations and contribute to data accuracy and HRIS systems management within our global organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and administrative tasks, while also having the motivation and potential to grow into a broader People role over time.
You will work closely with the local People & Culture Manager and collaborate with our global team to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Operations & Data Management
· Assist in maintaining and improving our HRIS and other people tools so they are user-friendly, compliant, and effective
· Ensure proper documentation, filing, and data consistency across systems
· Manage employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, documentation)
2. Process & Coordination Support
· Support daily HR operations (vacation, sick leave tracking, confirmations, employee requests)
· Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure all documentation and data are complete and accurate
· Maintain equipment records and support inventory processes
· Assist with recruitment coordination (job postings, scheduling, candidate communication)
· Support internal initiatives such as employee engagement activities and team events
3. Collaboration & Global Support
· Work closely with the global People team (e.g. HRIS systems, data, reporting)
· Support HRIS tools, data tracking, and process improvements
· Help maintain high data quality by ensuring our people data is accurate, consistent, and secure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Initial experience in administrative tasks or HR support is an advantage
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR systems is a plus
4. 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, operations, or similar administrative roles is preferred

5. Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, learning new tools and processes, and gradually taking on broader responsibilities over time.
6. Ethical Standards: Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and a strong commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
