David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a BPO with great employee satisfaction ratings to find experienced German-speaking Accounting Assistant to work remotely in Croatia. The successful candidates would support customers of an payments processor.
Position: Accounting Assistant with German
Location: Remote/work from home in Croatia
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Steering and optimizing ongoing accounting processes
- Preparing data-driven partner settlements
- Generating and exporting transaction data from platform to accounting systems
- Overseeing and managing payment transactions for incoming invoices in our tool Moss
- Supporting in year-end closing (Reconciliation etc)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in German and English, both verbal and written (C1)
- Residing in Croatia and being able to take on a job legally without the company's support
- Excellent understanding and practical experience in basic accounting principles
- Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Readiness and eagerness to thrive in a startup environment with a great team spirit
- Expertise in MS Office products, especially Excel.
