Entrio operates in three countries across the region (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina). With our growth rate at over 50% per year, we’re on track t owards our vision of becoming the number 1 event platform in Southeastern Europe .  Our international team at Entrio is made up of 30 young people who are passionate about events, music, and technology. We enable hundreds of event organizers manage ticket sales, promotion and optimize their events for success.  

Each year, we help over a million people enjoy the best regional concerts, conferences, festivals, matches, and performances. And that's more than 3,000 events yearly!

Who is Marketing Account Manager in Entrio? 

A Marketing Account Manager is a professional responsible for managing relationships between Entrio and its clients (organizers). In this role you will ensure client satisfaction by o ffering our marketing packages and services, overseeing marketing campaigns, coordinating projects, and providing strategic guidance. By implementing marketing policies that streamline and enhance our daily activities, you help us accelerate our path to success.

What are we looking for? 

• Experience : At least 3 years in a similar role, ideally within an agency setting.
• Marketing Knowledge : A solid understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and strategies.
• Results-Oriented : Focused on projects and achieving results to support profitability.
• Communication Skills : Excellent at building and maintaining client relationships.
• Analytical Skills : Able to track and interpret marketing results effectively.

What will you do: 

• Sales Activities: Offer tailored marketing solutions to enhance the success of existing Entrio clients and their events.
• Client Acquisition : Bring new clients on board.
• Client Management : Take care of clients independently, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Regular Communication : Keep in touch with clients and proactively suggest activities.
• Client Retention : Ensure clients stay with us for the long haul.
• Support and Consultation : Assist organizers, solve problems, and provide expert advice.
• Activity Coordination : Implement, coordinate, and manage client activities.
• Cross-selling and Upselling : Promote marketing and related services.
• Identify Key Clients : Understand their needs and opportunities for growth.
• Internal Coordination : Work with internal teams to ensure project success.
• Strategy Development : Help create tailored marketing strategies and proposals.
• Deadline Management : Keep projects on track.
• Reporting : Regularly update clients on campaign progress and results.
• Performance Analysis : Evaluate the success of marketing activities.

What we offer:

• Permanent contract
• Starting salary from 1,750 EUR to 2,050 EUR gross per month (based on experience)
