Trust & Safety Investigator with Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Estonian - Paid Relocation to Lisbon

Work location: Lisbon, Portugal.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. The project: As a Trust & Safety Investigator, you'll play a crucial role in our customer service team, analyzing escalated situations, conducting outbound calls and leveraging analytical skills. You'll make informed decisions to ensure a secure and positive user experience, while maintaining detailed records of investigations. As you grow, you may also engage in various customer service activities, contributing to the overall service excellence of our team.

Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Estonian To succeed in this role, you will need: Fluency in Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Estonian (must be at least C1) Communicative level of English language ( at least B2) What you will gain: Base salary: 978€ gross per month Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 760€ - only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon You will also receive payment for completing the training The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one) Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD: Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal; Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring; Fully paid Accommodation in the city; Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration
